My name is Jessica Rodriguez-Wettig. I am an alumni of Holy Family School, and graduated in the class of 1998. My experience as a student at Holy Family was wonderful. I was part of a loving, kind, community of mutual respect and was taught morals and values that have guided me throughout my life. I made life long friends and developed a love of community and school. When I had children, there was no question in my mind that I wanted to send my children to Holy Family. My daughter is now a Third grader and started at Holy Family in Kindergarten. In her years at this wonderful school, I have seen her grow into a kind, respectful, and happy girl. I work in the education sector and understand the importance of academic rigor and Holy Family helps their students to achieve in a way that is challenging yet not overwhelming and with guidance and support along the way. The community is inclusive and inviting and I have made great friends with the parents as well. I feel so much comfort knowing that each and every student is cared for by each and everyone as if they were their own child. When I was late picking up my daughter one day, after getting into a minor car accident, I got multiple phone calls from parentsasking if I was okay and letting me know that would stay with her until I got there. The piece of mind knowing my child was looked after even when I hadn’t asked, gave me so much peace. Holy Family understands the importance of not only academic achievement, but social emotional growth as well. The Pandemic has taken a toll on everyone, but the way they have been able to navigate through it and make sure their students were taken care of is nothing short of amazing. Choosing Holy Family School for my daughter was the easiest and best decision I have ever made.
